ERC – European Research Council
The ERC (European Research Council) funds pioneering research through individual funding grants, enjoying an exceptional reputation in the research community.
Our excellent researchers make the Technical University of Munich (TUM) very successful in securing ERC grants. Based on our experience and knowledge collected through recent ERC grant applications rounds, the following checklist should enable a smooth and efficient preparation of a successful proposal submission.
If you apply for an ERC Starting, Consolidator, Advanced or Synergy Grant, please send us the checklist, completed and signed, up to three weeks prior to the ERC dead-line, as well as your latest draft proposal (B1 + B2, final budget, acronym and title) up to two weeks prior to the ERC deadline.
If you apply for an ERC Proof of Concept Grant, please send us the checklist, completed and signed, up to four weeks prior to the ERC dead-line, as well as your latest draft proposal (B1 + B2, final budget, acronym and title) up to three weeks prior to the ERC deadline.
We are of course happy to help you with your proposal.
