National Research Funding & TUM Talent Factory
The German Research Foundation’s (DFG) funding programs and the research funding provided by the German government and the state of Bavaria are the pillars of national research funding in Germany. In addition, numerous other organizations and foundations are available for funding applications.
The national research funding team offers an overview of national research funding opportunities and provides one-on-one advice and support with drafting, applying for and conducting national research projects. Particular focus is placed here on assistance with special research fields and collaborative research.
At TUM, dedicated young scientists and scholars will find an environment that allows them to develop to their full potential. The TUM Talent Factory’s services focus directly on research funding for talented young TUM scientists and scholars and international post-doctoral fellows hoping to conduct their research projects at TUM.
