The National Research Funding team advises our researchers on funding programs of the DFG, the federal government, the state of Bavaria, and a larger number of foundations. We provide support through the following measures.

TUM Seed Fund

TUM researchers can apply for the TUM Seed Fund for the preparation of Coordinated Programmes (DFG) with TUM as the lead coordinator, the Coordination of EU Projects and ERC-Grants and for large research projects at TUMCREATE. (more)

The Funding Database Open4Research provides TUM researchers at all academic levels with easy access to international funding programs and current calls for research, promotion of young researchers, and technology transfer (more).

TUM ForTe Newsletter

The Newsletter on National and International Research Funding is published once a month and informs you about current calls for proposals and funding opportunities at TUM as well as about national, European, and international research programs (more).
